Minimum controllable RPM, t/o RPM, cold wx ops

Flight Time: 1.0 hours ... Total Engine Time: 68.7 hours

Build Time: 0.0 hours ... Analysis Time: 0.0 hours

Took off at 4400rpm just to try it out, the plane still performed quite well. Flew around at 3200rpm for a while, it seems to be pretty close to minimum easily controllable airspeed (about 40 kts). Stratus says one would need a MAP guage to figure out horsepower from these numbers, but their wild guess is 4400rpm=60hp, 3200rpm= 15-20hp.

Flew some VFR on-top, only because there were pretty big evenly spaced holes in the cloud cover (clouds were 4000 through 6000ft). Besides it is the only way I get to see the sun for months at a time here in Oregon! OAT was 29F at 8000ft, and the cabin temp got to around 43F. Must work on cabin heat...
