Baraboo to Oshkosh

Flight Time: 0.8 hours ... Total Engine Time: 0.0 hours

Build Time: 0.0 hours ... Analysis Time: 0.0 hours

We left the next morning for Oshkosh, on the theory that flying into Oshkosh early in the morning would be much less crowded than in the evening. It seemed to work, things weren't too crowded. Roy and I did get routed to different runways, and therefor ended up parked 11 rows apart at Oshkosh. At the time we landed the airport was so full that they were only allowing homebuilt aircraft to stay.

Amy and I stayed in the tiny tent behind the right wing. The first night there was a strong thunderstorm with much lightening, wind & ran, but the tent did well and kept the water out, and the Zodiac stayed put.

During out stay at Oshkosh we say Chuck Yeager give a talk,

and also Neil Armstrong, which was pretty neat.
